EMK3 Selected by Ultra Petroleum for
Oil and Gas Marketing and Risk Management
Industry leader takes vital step enabling aggressive revenue growth strategy
Houston, TX, and Dallas, TX, April 12, 2005 -- EMK3 and Ultra Petroleum Corp. announced that Ultra
has selected EMK3’s marketing and risk management applications for their oil & gas marketing operations.

Ultra’s implementation of the EMK3 Suite will include integration with existing accounting and production
systems, providing fully integrated functionality for risk management, marketing, scheduling, balancing, credit

risk of duplicate data entry, increases accuracy, and enables advanced analysis and reporting capabilities which
will be used throughout the company by executives, accounting, and operations.
